For a while, Molly faced a common problem with AI tools. There were so many out there, each saying it could fix a certain issue, but none of them were quite right for what her business needed. "Up until about a year ago, I had a serious problem with AI tools," Molly said. "I bought all of them because every AI tool that I saw come across my feed seemed to solve some new specific problem. Until I realized I didn't need to buy all those AI tools because I could build my own."
This realization changed everything. Molly often felt that the AI tools she found weren't quite right, wishing she could "tweak it just a little bit to make it more bespoke" – more tailored to her needs. This wish for tools made just for her led her to MindPal. "When I discovered MindPal, I was like, what?" she said. MindPal gave her the ability to create her own AI tools, fitting her skills and what her clients needed. "You are probably an expertise in some sort of field, some sort of niche, some sort of framework that you have. And if you're trying to use other tools to meld with that expertise, you are missing the point. Because you can actually build your own tools using MindPal."
Since using MindPal, the effect on The Prepared Performer and its clients has been huge. "It has been so amazing for me and my clients," Molly stressed. Her team now creates step-by-step processes (workflows) in MindPal and shares them with clients. These clients can then change these processes for their own businesses or even make new ones for their customers.
Molly talked about a couple of ways she loves using MindPal. One is for reusing her YouTube content. "I don't even watch YouTube videos anymore," she said. "I just put them into this workflow. It summarizes everything for me. It speeds up so much time." For her own YouTube videos, this process easily makes social media posts and longer blog articles in her own style. She can even send them straight to a Google Doc or her website. "The cool thing is I don't even have to actually trigger this thing. It can trigger on its own... I just like, I can't believe it."
Another great use is for making her monthly content planning easier. Before, Molly used ChatGPT to come up with "buying beliefs" – the main ideas people need to agree with before they buy something. Then, she'd use another tool to turn each belief into a full week of content. It worked, but it took time – about 20 minutes for three months of content. "Now, I don't have to do that," she says. "I answer a few questions in MindPal and I built the whole entire thing in MindPal and it works on its own. It is absolutely unbelievable."
The Prepared Performer has also used MindPal to create advanced tools for their clients. For example, they built a system that makes a full 90-slide webinar and another tool called the "Partner Scout and Jam" for a musician client. This tool finds people who could help promote the musician's work and writes personalized emails to them based on what it finds out.
